Waters Property Search is an independent buying agency based near Bath. It was founded by Richard Waters who, after twelve busy years as a London estate agent, moved his family to Somerset in 2004 to set up his own property finding business assisting clients find the very best quality houses in and around the Bath area.
What we do
Richard has been providing a bespoke home finding service for clients needing help with their search and acquisition of prime residential property for over 20 years. Living on his ‘patch’ means that he is incredibly well connected which accounts for his outstanding track record of finding – often off market – the very best quality houses in an area where competition for property is always extremely high.
