We specialise in sourcing and buying the finest houses for our clients. We approach every new search with the same level of dedication and commitment. Whatever your property requirements are, as a client, you will always get the same high levels of personal service.

Meeting face to face

As a potential new client, we like to meet you to discuss your search in detail. It gives us the opportunity to tell you in person what we can bring to the table and for you to make sure you’re choosing the right service. We will be very honest with you and tell you if we feel your search is unrealistic and guide you through the alternative options. Once you are happy to go ahead we will ask you to complete and sign a client questionnaire and return it to us together with the registration fee.

Getting your search started

Once registered, we will immediately take over your search and deal directly with all of the estate agents on your behalf; by taking the lead ourselves, you will immediately benefit from advance notice of their new instructions and be granted early access to all the very best ‘off- market’ houses. We will also carry out extensive local research to uncover other exciting new properties that you would otherwise not have found yourselves. We will personally preview each potential house and give you our honest and expert feedback; we will provide a totally impartial view of a property, both positive and negative, and our opinion on market value. You can then make an informed decision on which properties you’d like to view, saving you time and money in the process.

Negotiating for you

Once we have found your ideal property, it is our role then to secure it for you quickly, efficiently and on the very best terms. Together, we will discuss the best strategy for submitting an offer and then handle all negotiations with the estate agents on your behalf. As your buying agent, we will be acting exclusively for you and always in your best interest; we will use all our experience and skill to expertly guide you through the negotiation process and secure the property for you at a realistic, un-inflated price.

Until completion

After an offer has been accepted, we will remain in regular contact with all parties to ensure the whole process runs smoothly to an exchange of contracts and ultimately through to completion on a date to suit. We will also recommend and liaise directly on your behalf with any property professionals who may be needed during the course of the transaction. On the day of completion, we will make all the necessary arrangements with you for the handover of the property or be on standby to collect the keys for you should you be unavailable to do so.
