The brief
We were introduced to an overseas couple looking to invest in a Bristol flat. They wanted a two bedroom flat that would be suitable for a long term professional let and provide a decent yield. They informed us that they would be here for only two days and wanted to find a suitable apartment during their visit.
The outcome
Clearly a tight schedule to work to, but we quickly did our research and put together a list of suitable apartments for them to view. We picked them up and took them to see 10 flats and discussed the merits and likely yields of each one. In the end, a brand new two bedroom flat with parking on Bristol Harbourside was chosen which we had successfully secured for them by the end of day two. Once the purchase was completed, we introduced our clients to the best letting agent for that area and the flat has been rented out ever since.
